Lemon Salmon with Brussels Sprout Gratin
Lemon Salmon
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
4 cloves of garlic, smashed
marinate with 4 salmon fillets for 20 min in refrigerator in a resealable plastic bag
